We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Coordinator to join our team at Bear Creek Market Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week.

About the Job

This role involves performing routine clerical duties such as sorting mail, weighing outgoing mail, and recording daily transactions. You will also be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns, selling stamps, and completing forms regarding change of address.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute mail according to destination
  • Weigh and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
  • Record and balance daily transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Sell postage, prepaid mail, and money orders
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
