Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Roadrunner Automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office operations, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the office
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Provide training to other staff members as needed
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and guests
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
