Job Description for Operational Coordinator Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator Assistant to join our team at the BDS Group of Companies Capital Corporation.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely manner
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency
  • Schedule appointments and confirm them with relevant parties
  • Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and directing them to relevant contacts or areas
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information filing systems both manually and digitally

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in English. The work hours will be approximately 32-40 hours per week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to coordinate events and manage administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
