We are seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator Assistant to join our team at the BDS Group of Companies Capital Corporation.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule seminars, conferences, and other events
- Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely manner
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency
- Schedule appointments and confirm them with relevant parties
- Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and directing them to relevant contacts or areas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information filing systems both manually and digitally
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in English. The work hours will be approximately 32-40 hours per week.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven ability to coordinate events and manage administrative tasks
