Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and management of SAP Extension solutions and SAP Integration suite components. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP development and integration, with experience in leading technical teams and managing SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex custom applications using SAP Extension tools and frameworks (BTP, UI5, Fiori, etc.).
  • Extend standard SAP functionalities using SAP Cloud Platform Extension Suite.
  • Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows based on business requirements.
  • Ensure development is optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead the integration efforts using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for connecting SAP with third-party systems.
  • Design and implement secure and scalable integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration and API management tools.
  • Ensure proper data flow and process automation across applications.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in SAP development and integration, with a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role.
  • SAP certification preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
  • Proficiency in OData services, Idoc processing, and API management.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing SAP projects.
  • Ability to work across Agile development, support, and deployment landscapes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
