Functional Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals

About the Role:
As a Functional Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, you will play a crucial role in supporting SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs. You will offer tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events to drive the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and 1:M SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals adoption and consumption focused services and workshops remotely.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Performance and Goals modules, develop exclusive content for Preferred Success HCM customers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success offering.
Requirements:
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Associate Certification in at least one of the Talent modules (Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules) or Learning.
- Employee Central certification or knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in development, implementation, and enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation or Learning modules.
- Curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Customer-focused with flexibility to support global coverage and ability to multitask and support many requests simultaneously.
- Knowledge of best practices and industry trends in HCM and talent management.
- Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
