About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutioning Lead to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Solutioning team, you will be responsible for assembling the complete solution scope based on customer requirements obtained during a Service sales pursuit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Team in providing advisory, Solutioning leadership, and assistance in selling Services deals
  • Construct competitive deals that provide desired customer business outcomes while achieving SAP's margin goals
  • Take definitive ownership of the Solutioning process as part of a Services Sales pursuit
  • Assemble, encourage and keep a matrix team of experts accountable to deliver the expected Solutioning results per pursuit
  • Execute stakeholder management, setting and continuously managing expectations throughout the Solutioning process

Requirements

  • Solid and broad architectural understanding of SAP solutions (technical/functional), thinking like a true Business and IT Architect
  • Ability to translate business needs/constraints to SAP Solutions
  • Thought leadership on transformation topics
  • S/4HANA passion and expertise, ideally in one of the following areas:
    • Intelligent Enterprise
    • Innovation Services
    • Other cloud solutions and integrations
