Senior SAP Payroll Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Payroll Technical Lead to join our team at High Cliff Partners Inc. in Toronto. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work setting.

  • Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP Payroll and Time Management, leading related projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Responsible for planning, quality assurance, risk assessment, communication, and business analysis for SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll / Time Tracking, including data conversion, testing, and integrations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Payroll Portfolio solutions, including required integrations within SAP portfolio and other third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct business process analysis, demos, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training.
  • Transform user requirements into program specifications and communicate effectively with functional specialists, developers, and business users.
  • Provide third-level support for troubleshooting and responding to support incidents.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to enable corporate adoption of new SAP solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions.
  • Certification in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuring, analyzing, and supporting SAP Payroll and Time Management.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently and in a team environment.

Education:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions.

Requirements:

  • Criminal and VSC background check required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
