About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutioning Lead to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Solutioning team, you will play a critical role in providing solutioning and estimation support for SAP Services engagements and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Team to provide advisory, solutioning leadership, and assistance in selling Services deals.
  • Construct competitive deals that provide desired customer business outcomes while achieving SAP's margin goals.
  • Take definitive ownership of the Solutioning process as part of a Services Sales pursuit.
  • Assemble, encourage, and keep a matrix team of experts accountable to deliver the expected Solutioning results per pursuit.
  • Execute stakeholder management, setting and continuously managing expectations throughout the Solutioning process.

Requirements

  • Customer-centricity with Customer First empathy.
  • Solid and broad architectural understanding of SAP solutions (technical/functional), thinking like a true Business and IT Architect.
  • Ability to translate business needs/constraints to SAP Solutions.
  • Thought leadership on transformation topics.
  • S/4HANA passion and expertise, ideally in one of the following areas:
    • Intelligent Enterprise.
    • Innovation Services.
    • Other cloud solutions and integrations.

Targeted Combined Range

The targeted combined range for this position is 142800 - 314000(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
