About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Quan H. Nguyen & Associates Inc. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify potential client markets and assess their insurance needs.
    • Analyze data to determine the best insurance products and services to offer to clients.
  • Client Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the insurance products and services provided.
  • Insurance Sales and Service
    • Sell insurance products and services to clients, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing insurance claims and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
    • Monitor and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Provincial or territorial license to sell insurance.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
