About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sandra's Home Health Care Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Train and support staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and healthcare professionals
  • Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Conduct research and gather data to inform business decisions
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Recruit and hire staff members and oversee related staffing actions
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records, Google Docs, MS Office, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
