Administrative Services Coordinator

At Nuvei Technologies Corp., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative services team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating the operations of a department providing administrative services, conducting research, and directing and controlling corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.

Responsibilities:

* Co-ordinate administrative services, including preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
* Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
* Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
* Tender and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Internal audit, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records
* Consult with government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 5 years or more of experience in administrative services or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
