Job Title: Global IT Project Director

">

About the Role: This full-time position reports directly to the PMO Director on the Pursuit Collection's IT Team.

">

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee large-scale, high-impact IT deployments and acquisitions from planning to delivery. The successful candidate will manage project budgets, resources, vendors, cost, schedule, and scope, utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Liaise with Business stakeholders to establish project scope and objectives through documented requirements gathering and process flows.">
  • Track project performance and monitor, report, and mitigate project risks.">
  • Maintain regular upstream and downstream communication with all Business stakeholders on updates, challenges, and opportunities on projects.">
  • Work closely with Pursuit IT teams to develop strategies and best approaches for roll-outs.">
  • Manage RFP process from requirements gathering through vendor selection.">
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the business.">

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or business management with an emphasis on information technology.">
  • Project Management Certification (PMP).">
  • Proven experience with Project Management in an IT environment for 7+ years.">
  • A strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.">
  • Previous experience leading vendor evaluation and RFP processes.">
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and reservation system applications.">
