Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this Senior Director, HR Solution Center role in Loveland, Colorado is $124,000 - $175,000 per year. The attractive benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, disability coverage, a retirement program with generous matching employer contributions, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, paid personal and maternity/parental leaves, and an Employee and Family Assistance Program.
Job Description
This Senior Director, HR Solution Center role is integral to driving the strategic direction and execution of HR Shared Services globally. In collaboration with other Nutrien Business Solutions senior leaders, you will develop and implement a strategic vision for the HR Solution Center in alignment with Nutrien's broader organizational goals.
You will oversee, lead, and manage the HR Solution Center team, encompassing HR Advisory, Payroll, Human Resources Information Systems, HR Projects, Global Service Desk for HR, IT and Finance. Your responsibilities include ensuring delivery of exceptional HR support to employees and managers globally, partnering with the HR Leadership Team and senior business leaders to manage strategic and organizational changes, supporting the transformation of Nutrien's HR operating model, business processes, and technology to become a world-class HR organization.
You will continuously improve HR and employee experience, incorporating automation, AI, and data science. Additionally, you will set strategic direction, anticipate key trends, and position functional support for future growth. Monitoring and mitigating risk by developing strategies that ensure Nutrien remains in compliance with all Federal, Provincial, and State legislative requirements pertaining to payroll, pension, benefits, and employment legislation is also crucial to this role.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment on HR initiatives, is essential to success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of experience in HR, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within a Shared Services or similar environment, is required for this role. A Human Resources related designation is preferred, as well as proven experience in managing global HR operations and leading large, diverse teams.
Strong knowledge of HR technologies, systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), and best practices is necessary. Strong project management capabilities, especially handling large, global transformation projects, are also essential for this role.
