Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
