**PallayPack Inc**. est en pleine croissance et ajoute à son équipe de professionnels à son siège social situé dans l'ouest de l'île de Montréal. Nous concevons et fabriquons de la machinerie pour l'emballage de produits pharmaceutiques et de la machinerie pour la fabrication de vaccins. Nous avons une ouverture immédiate pour un **coordonnateur de projet** permanent, à temps plein, pour se joindre à notre département de projets.

**Les tâches principales**:

- Coordonner et gérer les projets depuis la nouvelle commande jusqu'à l'acceptation dans les installations du client.
- Les projets peuvent consister en des machines fabriquées dans nos locaux ou par l'un de nos partenaires européens.
- Coordonner les réponses aux demandes techniques des clients concernant leurs machines en production.
- Assurer la liaison entre nos services internes et les clients en veillant à ce que des informations détaillées soient fournies à chaque étape du projet.
- Coordonner les tests d'acceptation en usine, l'installation et les tests d'acceptation sur site.
- Créer et tenir à jour la documentation de la matrice du projet pour définir la portée du projet.
- Gérer les documents d'expédition en provenance et à destination des clients/fournisseurs.

**Exigences**:

- Baccalauréat en génie, DEC technique ou certificat et/ou formation technique avec expérience en emballage.
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience avec des produits techniques, de la machinerie d'automatisation et/ou une formation technique ou un intérêt.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) et niveau fonctionnel du français écrit et parlé - l'allemand, le mandarin et/ou l'italien seraient un atout.
- Vous maîtrisez Outlook, Word, Excel et les ordinateurs en général. D'autres programmes que nous utilisons peuvent être appris.
- Capable / désireux de voyager - passeport et permis de conduire valides requis.

**PallayPack Inc.** is growing and adding to our team of professionals at our head office located in the West-Island of Montreal. We design and manufacture machinery for packaging pharmaceutical products and machinery for vaccine manufacturing. We have an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time **Project Coordinator** to join our Projects department.

**The main tasks**:

- Coordinate and manage projects from new order until acceptance at customers facility.
- Projects may consist of machines manufactured at our facility, or from one of our European partners.
- Coordinate replies to technical enquiries from customers related to their machinery in production.
- Liaise between our internal departments and customers ensuring that detailed information is provided at each project milestone
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests, Installation, and Site acceptance testing.
- Create and keep updated project matrix documentation for use in defining scope or project.
- Manage shipping documents from and to clients /suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical DEC or Certificate and/or technical background with packaging experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience with technical products, automation machinery and/or technical background or interest.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and functional level of French written and spoken - German, Mandarin and/or Italian would be an asset.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and computers in general. Other programs we use can be learned.
- Able / willing to travel - valid passport and driver’s license requir
