Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada in Kirkland. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized front office, including reception area, waiting room, and storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Update and maintain office contact and distribution lists, as well as oversee various office files and provide general office filing support.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member, while also maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar field or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual English and French (written and oral) is an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $44,000-$52,000 per year, based on experience.
