Job Title: Lead Office Services Associate

Job Summary:

Forrest Solutions is seeking a professional and organized Lead Office Services Associate to manage the front desk and provide exceptional client service. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Welcoming visitors and handling phone calls with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries and requests, directing individuals to the appropriate departments.

Client Relations:

  • Ensuring clients and guests have a pleasant experience, addressing needs and requests with high-quality service.
  • Maintaining a friendly demeanor and resolving issues promptly.

Administrative Support:

  • Assisting with mail distribution, administrative tasks, and meeting room coordination.
  • Monitoring office supply inventory and ensuring smooth office operations.

Facility Coordination:

  • Collaborating with departments to schedule meetings and arrange facilities, ensuring all resources are available.
  • Coordinating with IT support for audio-visual requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

Full-time position with a regular schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
