We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations for beBee Professionals in Guelph.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage Office Activities: You will be responsible for organizing office activities, supporting staff, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Schedule Meetings and Appointments: Manage office calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain Office Supplies: Ensure the office is well-organized by maintaining office supplies.
- Data Entry and Filing: Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
