We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations for beBee Professionals in Guelph.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Manage Office Activities: You will be responsible for organizing office activities, supporting staff, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Schedule Meetings and Appointments: Manage office calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain Office Supplies: Ensure the office is well-organized by maintaining office supplies.
  • Data Entry and Filing: Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
