Job Description

As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communication Management: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as maintaining filing systems and managing office documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for management, and providing general administrative support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
