Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DGA FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Inventory Management

Develop and implement menu plans to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining high-quality food standards.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and high-quality food preparation.

Customer Service and Relations

Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and build strong relationships with regular customers.

Financial Management

Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial records and minimize losses.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and brand awareness.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and promote a culture of safety among staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
