Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and related reports to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive sales growth.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
