Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, provincial/territorial liquor legislation, and other relevant laws.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and participate in marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
    • Manage events and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • English language proficiency.
