- Minimum 3 years outside sales experience
- Possess the ability and desire to prospect for and develop new business
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive results
- Have above average analytical skills and a head for figures
- Build long lasting relationships with customers
- Have a valid driver's license and can provide a motor vehicle abstract
- Are well organized and able to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
