Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching and leadership abilities to develop a team of Virtual Small Business Advisors by:
- Providing direction, guidance, and support to team members, resolving issues and escalation,
- Planning and leading regular team meetings, to recognize success, help overcome obstacles, and provide ongoing focus on customer service.
- Fostering a performance-oriented environment and recognizing success.
- Providing direction, guidance, and support to team members to facilitate the successful analysis and identification of sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will have an education in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience as a small business owner and hold a Moodys Certificate in Small Business or equivalent.
