Job Summary:

The Salesboom Inc Professional Services Department plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Sales and Technical Departments. As a Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible for explaining our services to customers, helping them map their business processes using our tools, and providing a consultative service to Salesboom Leads and Customers. You will also assist prospects with preparing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, and liaise with technical departments to prepare quotations for customizations, integrations, and data migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a budget of $500,001 - $1,500,000
  • Lead a team of 1 - 20 staff members
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for business services
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Market business services
  • Manage contracts
  • Plan and direct research
  • Oversee data analysis and report preparation
  • Provide clients with information, data, and advice
  • Develop and implement communication strategies
  • Respond to customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, or university degree
  • Excellent reading, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with others, make decisions, and think critically
  • Job task planning and organizing, finding information, and computer use skills
  • Continuous learning and professional development
