Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our HVAC business and drive growth through strategic planning, sales, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and estimating strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior management to leverage best practices and improve relationships with existing and prospective accounts
- Design and implement a CRM tool to capture market trends, dealer contacts, and pricing strategy
- Lead the development of a professional and achievement-focused workforce and culture
- Maximize the organization's ability to achieve strategic goals
- Undergraduate degree with experience in similar industries (HVAC, Industrial, Construction)
- Prior experience managing sales, technicians, and distribution
- Knowledge and experience in P/L responsibility
