Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defined geographies and industries.
- Articulate the value proposition of our PROS solution set to prospective customers.
- Manage client relationships and lead the sales process through negotiation.
- Forecast sales performance and develop pipeline strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to position products, develop demos, and design sales strategies.
- Work with partners to extend reach and new opportunities.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-4 years in SaaS software sales.
- Bachelor's degree required; additional experience in lieu of education considered.
- Proven sales expertise, exceeding quota in SaaS-based technology solution providers.
- Experience with companies involved in pricing and revenue optimization, CPQ, SCM, software sales, or CRM.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-starter skills.
- Deep experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred).
- Global mindset, with sensitivity to and willingness to work across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to lead a win team and leverage organizational strengths to deliver profitable business.
