Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of $60,000, with uncapped commissions that can reach up to $178,000 in the first year. Additionally, they will be entitled to a company car or car allowance, 15 days of paid holiday, and a range of other benefits.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing new business opportunities through referrals, self-generated leads, and partnerships with telemarketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to selling.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities- Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily new business activity.
- Attend sales appointments and meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor your pitch accordingly.
