Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team at Rentokil-Terminix Canada. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial and residential customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new contracts and jobs, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM software
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Technicians, and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process invoices, credit cards, and other financial transactions
  • Assist in resolving customer disputes and maintaining accurate records
  • Develop and maintain reports in Excel to provide to customers
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
