Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mac's Convenience Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and service are consistently delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail
