Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Panago Pizza (Panago 47). As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods and walking.

Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or restaurant setting.
