Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Shawarma Palace & Convenience. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a hot environment.
