About the RoleAs the BDR Manager at Flinks, you'll lead and develop our Business Development Representative (BDR) team, driving top-of-funnel activities and scaling our lead generation efforts. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue operations to enhance our pipeline generation strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS sales dynamics, as well as experience with formal BDR sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks. As the market is changing at a rapid pace, it is essential that you are bringing new ideas and strive to enhance your strategy every day.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the BDR team by recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing group to meet and exceed monthly lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that effectively reach our target accounts, ensuring alignment with Flinks' ICP.
- Leverage SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies to provide structured training and continuous coaching, ensuring consistent sales qualification standards across the team.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for BDRs, providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews to drive accountability and improve conversion rates.
- Work with marketing and revenue operations to create and refine outbound messaging, outreach cadences, and prospecting tools.
- Analyze BDR metrics, conversion rates, and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and report insights to senior leadership.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in a SaaS sales environment, including at least 2 years in a BDR leadership role.
- Have proven expertise in applying formal sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate a track record of coaching and mentoring BDRs, focusing on career growth and performance improvement.
- Possess a deep understanding of pipeline metrics, from MQL to SQL conversion rates, with the ability to optimize lead quality and pipeline volume.
- Excel at crafting and delivering impactful messaging, guiding teams effectively, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
