**About the team**

With a focus on our client experience, this team works on ensuring that our products are always functioning in their best state, that we own our perimeter and present a friendly face to our internal and external clients and partners. Engaged both in operations and projects, the Labeler role also assists on big initiatives towards our objectives.

**What you'll be doing**
- Work on and resolve customer and auto-generated tickets
- Improving and developing the platform for new Datasources using the Flinks' software.
- Receiving live requests in Flinks Context Engine; building out flows for new and unstable sites and categorizing previously unlabeled accounts.
- Maintaining stability of previously labeled sites as well as the Context Engine in production and pre-production environments.
- Identifying sources of instability for data extraction from the Context Engine and communicating issues to other labelers and developers.
- Resolving common issues by updating account categorization (eg. with keywords and metadata) “strengthening” selectors through live calls; refreshed calls; logs; manually editing previously submitted answers; extracting elements from screenshots, etc.
- Supporting developers in resolving complex or systematic bugs.
- Maintaining records of website status for internal communication purposes on a daily basis.

**Who YOU are**
- Experience in XPath, JSON, HTML, CSS, are required
- Good working knowledge of C#, and Javascript is required
- Understanding of Selenium/WebScraping and Jquery is an asset
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and highly agile
- Results-oriented, driven, and autonomous
- Coachable. eager to learn, and engaged
- Transparent and a great collaborator
- Excellent communication skills in English, French is an asset
