Fast-growing company (>100% YoY)
Have customers in 2 regions (EU and NA)
Teams are remote and spread across 13 countries
Raised 25M to date.
Role:
- Take full ownership of the BDR motion
- Create and then run the BDR motion FR/UK/US
- Deliver qualified meetings for the sales team (5 AEs) that convert into pipeline and closed-won ARR
- Work closely with marketing to leverage insights & content
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on accounts and optimize targeting
- Define & implement outbound strategies that work
- Keep a high level of activities from the team (2 existing BDRs + most likely a 3rd one to hire)
- Ensure a high level of team collaboration and energy
- Help bring Glopal to the next level of success
Must have:
- Very hands-on approach, you will be expected to spend 50% of your time prospecting during the first 3 to 6 months
- Leadership and coaching experience
- International experience (ideally US and EMEA)
- Proven track record in targeting Enterprise accounts
- Data-driven mentality with a high level of energy and creativity
- Test, fail fast, iterate mindset
Nice to have:
- Previous experience prospecting e-commerce brands & retailers is a plus
- Experience working with Hubspot CRM
