Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced baker to join our team at Fine Cakes By Zehra Inc. as a Senior Baker and Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory goods, including cakes, pastries, and breads, according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and refrigerators.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving goods.
- Assist with sales and merchandising of baked goods, including creating displays and promoting products.
- Prepare and serve special orders, including cakes and pastries for weddings and other events.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
