Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our internal and external clients. As a Secrétaire-Réceptionniste, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Friendly and professional reception of visitors, new employees, suppliers, and candidates
- Answering phone calls and filtering messages
- Providing guidance to all stakeholders and directing them to the relevant person or department
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Managing conference room bookings
- Controlling inventory and ordering office supplies
- Supporting the quality control team on various projects
- Supporting the sales team with the sampling process
- Managing coffee machines and their supplies
- Entering data for various departments
- Supporting the HR department with the onboarding process of new employees
- Other related tasks
Requirements
- Diploma in administration or related field (an asset)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Customer-focused and results-driven individual
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Professionalism and discretion
