Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process various types of claims, advances, and supplier invoices to determine eligibility requirements and claim filing requirements
  • Verify and reconcile expenses according to relocation policy guidelines
  • Determine corrective actions to be taken on system-generated errors and resolve these issues promptly
  • Accurately complete invoice verification functions in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of work
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge in relocation, residential real estate, mortgages, legal, or banking is an asset
  • Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes
  • 1-2 years' experience in client claims processing
  • Prior experience in customer support through contact centers
  • Professionalism, self-motivation, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
