We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Chef to join our team at Everest Spice Grill Inc.
Job Summary:The Master Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Reliability, Team player.
