Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality of food.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of cooking techniques, menu planning, and food presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
