About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Everest Spice Grill Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Assist in planning and preparing menus for special events and daily operations.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and courteous service to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The Executive Chef Assistant will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
