Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise support staff and ensure the smooth operation of the community centre
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assess client skill strengths and development needs, and develop strategies to support their growth
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement the delivery of specific services within the community
  • Supervise children's visits with parents to ensure their safety
  • Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field

Work Environment

35 hours per week, permanent position

Work Language: English
