Thisisvillagechurch is seeking a talented Ministry Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Worship Arts department, you will play a vital role in implementing the creative vision for in-service elements and working collaboratively with the Site Pastor.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent technical expertise, be flexible in their thinking, and possess strong communication skills. They will be responsible for contributing to and implementing the creative vision for in-service elements, completing responsibilities on time, and working closely with the Worship Production team to develop a dynamic and unique team of musicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and implement the creative vision for in-service elements relating to Worship Arts.
  • Complete responsibilities (service planning, rehearsals, team management and development, scheduling and communication) on time and joyfully, in collaboration with the right stakeholders.
  • Work with Worship Production to develop a team of dynamic and unique musicians who are passionate about serving the local church with their art and leading people into a focused time of corporate worship.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Site Pastor.
  • Act as a servant by inviting, discipling, training and equipping others to serve.

  • Volunteer teams are healthy in number and commitment.
  • People are given the opportunity to use their gifts and talents in high-capacity volunteer roles - entering into the work that Christ is doing through the local church.
