Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating customer service activities, ensuring effective communication between patients, families, and staff. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate customer service activities, including scheduling, referrals, and intake information.
  • Develop and coordinate service schedules while considering relevant factors.
  • Inform workers of new assignments and changes to their schedules.
  • Enter relevant information into the automated information system/database.
  • Produce schedules and reports on a regular basis.
  • Receive and manage inbound telephone calls and email inquiries related to service.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.


Requirements:



  • A post-secondary education and one (1) year of job-related experience in administrative or customer service is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, with proven skills in Word and Excel.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and databases.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends are required.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
