Nhi Nguyen seeks a highly organized and sales-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
This is a versatile position that combines administrative duties with sales responsibilities, requiring a strong work ethic, customer-focused approach, and exceptional organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
1. Communication Management
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and responding to queries in a professional manner.
2. Office Supplies Management
Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies, ordering replacements as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
3. Document Preparation
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents with attention to detail and timeliness.
4. Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth communication among team members and external stakeholders.
5. Reception and Guest Services
Provide exceptional guest services, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and offering assistance as needed.
Sales Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement
Assist customers with product inquiries, process sales transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Sales Promotion
Promote and upsell products and services effectively, contributing to overall sales goals and targets.
3. Cold Calling and Outreach
Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling and email campaigns, scheduling meetings and demos as necessary.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
1. Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent, with previous office and/or sales experience preferred.
2. Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
