About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing team at Jobber. As a key member of our Brand Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with influencers and brand partners to drive awareness and adoption of our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and recruit new brand partners to collaborate with Jobber on influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional campaigns featuring brand partners, including setting timelines, budgets, and workback schedules.
  • Build authentic relationships with brand partners, providing consultative support to ensure they are meeting performance targets and promoting Jobber through ongoing campaigns and events.
  • Support content creation for other teams, amplifying and contributing to ideas to collaborate with brand partners on content across the Marketing team.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on the success of individual brand partners, ensuring best practices are in place and posts are accurate and follow participation expectations.
  • Drive impactful business results by balancing measurable outcomes with brand-centric initiatives and evaluating brand partner performance.
  • Proactively optimize campaigns and processes to improve team efficiencies and drive new leads and customers through influencer marketing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including experience in influencer and digital marketing, with a proven track record of social media-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing and Communications, Product Marketing, and the Jobber Creative Studio.
  • Experience running and managing complex campaigns, including organic and paid efforts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage competing demands.
  • Excited to search for and present new opportunities to grow and optimize influencer marketing efforts.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, including administrative tasks, market research, and creative ideation.
  • Solid customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a best-in-class experience for brand partners.
  • Ambition and humility, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
  • Ability to travel, representing Jobber at trade shows and customer events across North America.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience or previous hands-on marketing experience for a SaaS company or tech startup.
  • Education in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related fields, including a BA, BS, MBA, or MS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing or running paid campaigns on social media and with influencers.
