About the RoleThe Senior Director of Strategic Growth, British Columbia leads and oversees the District Offices and sales teams throughout the province. This individual will ensure business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and managing profitable growth of loans at acceptable risk
- Leading a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships
- Built a high-performance environment and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop your team
- Proven strong leadership, guidance, and sales management skills
- A thorough understanding of Canada's financial services marketplace
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
This role offers the opportunity to partner with the Regional Director, Risk Management to originate new relationships and exercise independent judgment and discretion in sales management activities. The incumbent works in a standard office environment and may require travel approximately 20-40% of the time.
