Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Iconic Security Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Staff Development: Train and mentor security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Productivity and Quality: Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality, providing technical advice and guidance to team members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
