Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Iconic Security Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing technical advice and guidance as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
