Security Supervisor

At Iconic Security Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure environment for clients.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the security industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity.
- Standing for extended periods and working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
